• How It Works: We use a flatbed UV printer to lay down specialized UV-curable inks directly onto the substrate. As the print head passes over the surface, a UV light follows behind, immediately transforming the liquid ink into a hardened, permanent layer.

• The Cast Acrylic Advantage: We exclusively use Cast Acrylic for our custom graphics because it offers superior optical clarity and stronger ink adhesion compared to other grades. Its consistent surface chemistry ensures that even the most vibrant colors stay locked in place from day one.

• White Ink Underlays: For designs on clear or dark materials, we can print a dedicated white ink base layer. This makes colors "pop" with incredible vibrancy, ensuring your graphic remains bold and opaque rather than translucent.

• Superior Adhesion & Protection: To maintain high-end durability for decades, we apply a professional protective pre-coating before printing. This solution significantly enhances ink longevity, improves adhesion, and prevents issues like peeling or fading from environmental factors. [1, 2]

Pro Tip: For the ultimate protection, ask about Reverse Printing. By mirroring your design on the back of clear cast acrylic and sealing it with a white flood coat, your graphic is viewed through the clear face of the material, shielding it entirely from surface scratches and player wear.
