Every pickguard we produce can be adjusted to meet your precise needs. Using our specialized Grid Calibration Method, we inspect the photo you upload of your original part against our technical grid. This allows us to digitally align and modify our 3D files to account for any unique factory variances or bridge placements, ensuring a flawless fit.

Crafted by CNC for Absolute Accuracy

 

Once your design is perfected, we move to the workbench. We use our high-precision desktop CNC machines to carve your pickguard with industrial accuracy. This process ensures that every bevel is sharp, every screw hole is flush, and the final aesthetic matches the high standards of a professional build.

 

Pro Tip: When photographing your original pickguard for us, ensure it is lying flat on our 1cm grid paper. This is the key to our "Virtual Fitting Room" and helps us guarantee that your new part will drop right into place.
