Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Overview

Bespoke Guitar Parts ("we," "our," or "us") stands behind the precision and durability of our custom-crafted components. We offer a tiered warranty system based on material composition, covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship for the original purchaser.

2. Tiered Coverage Periods

We provide two levels of protection based on the product type:

  • Acrylic Pickguards (Lifetime): All solid Acrylic pickguards are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the duration of the original owner's possession.

  • Multi-Ply Pickguards & Parts (10 Years): All 3-ply and 5-ply pickguards (including 3mm total thickness configurations) and other bespoke parts are covered by a Limited 10-Year Warranty from the date of purchase.

3. Eligibility and Original Owner

These warranties are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the original purchaser. To be eligible, the product must have been purchased directly from bespokeguitarparts.com. You must retain your original order number and receipt to verify ownership.

4. Mandatory Product Registration

To activate your 10-year or Lifetime coverage, you must register your product within 30 days of the purchase date. Registration must be completed via the official form at bespokeguitarparts.com. Failure to register within this window may void the extended warranty.

5. What is Covered (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Coverage is strictly limited to defects occurring during the manufacturing process, including:

  • Structural material failure or unexpected delamination of ply layers.

  • Precision errors in CNC cutting or engraving not caused by customer-provided data.

  • Material defects present at the time of delivery but discovered during normal use.

6. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Environmental Factors: Damage from extreme temperature, high humidity, or dryness (e.g., warping or shrinking common in certain climates).

  • Installation & Use: Damage incurred during installation (cracked mounting holes, over-tightened screws) or surface scratches/wear from guitar picks during play.

  • Modifications: Any sanding, drilling, filing, or secondary alterations made to the part after delivery.

  • Neglect & Maintenance: Exposure to corrosive chemicals, improper storage, or general lack of care.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Natural fading of colors or aging of plastic materials over time.

7. Claims Process

To initiate a claim, please email [Insert Email Address] with:

  1. Your Name and Order Number.

  2. Proof of Warranty Registration.

  3. High-resolution photographs and a description of the manufacturing defect.
Validated claims will result in a repair or replacement of the defective part at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bespoke Guitar Parts is responsible only for the repair or replacement of the specific component purchased. We are not liable for any secondary damage to the instrument, hardware, or electronics resulting from the use or installation of our products.
