These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bespokeguitarparts.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Bespoke Guitar Parts ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

 

2. Custom Manufacturing and Orders

​

  • Customer Specifications: Because our products are made to your unique specifications, we rely entirely on the grid information, dimensions, and designs you provide. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all submitted requirements are accurate.

  • Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and finishes of our materials (Acrylic, 3-ply, 5-ply) accurately. However, your computer monitor's display may vary, and we cannot guarantee that the real product will exactly match the screen display.

  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

  • For international orders (if applicable), you are responsible for observing all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining necessary customs or import permits.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Currently, we ship only to addresses within Hong Kong.

  • Delivery of goods and payment of the price are concurrent conditions unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once delivery is tendered, you must be afforded a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods for conformity with your contract.

 

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

​

  • Limited Warranty: We warrant that goods will be of merchantable (satisfactory) quality as defined by the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).

  • Tiered Coverage: Acrylic pickguards include a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner, while 3-ply and 5-ply parts include a Limited 10-Year Warranty, subject to mandatory registration within 30 days.

  • Exclusive Remedy: Our sole liability for products failing to meet a warranty shall be, at our option, to replace, repair, or refund the price of the specific non-conforming goods.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Your use of any information or materials on this Site is entirely at your own risk.

  • We shall not be liable for any loss of production, loss of use, or any incidental or consequential damages to your instruments resulting from the use or installation of our products.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the invoice value of the specific goods purchased.

 

7. Intellectual Property

This Site contains material owned by or licensed to us, including design, layout, look, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

 

8. Prohibited Uses
